PROGRAMS FOR Adults
Practice with our tips!
LEARN TO IDENTIFY YOUR EMOTIONS. Anger is a default emotion that we go to when we are in conflict, but then we don’t go any deeper in exploring our feelings. Some feelings that may lie beneath anger are lonely, sad, anxious, disappointed, uncertain, resentful, or afraid. One key to anger management is learning to identify the feelings beneath the anger, and our Classes help expand your emotional vocabulary..
Six weeks can change your life
Are you challenged by a co-worker, interactions in public, or by family relationships? Do anger or conflict detract from your quality of life? Do you wish you could manage them differently?
