reducing levels of violence in your own life.......

Reducing levels of violence begins within each of us.

Violence is often a response to long term unmanaged / unresolved conflicts.
Although conflict with others is inevitable, violence is not - because there are other choices.

The Conflict Center can help you develop personal skills for acknowledging and dealing with conflict in your personal life.
You can become more aware of your natural responses to difficult conflict situations.
You can develop the skills to deal with anger and conflict situations in a non-violent constructive manner.

You CAN reduce the levels of violence in your own life.

The Center provides anger management and conflict managment skill training classes for youth and adults that can help reduce the levels of violence in your personal life. More...

In many cases, one's internal conflicts can be the result of simply not being aware of choices. The Conflict Center can introduce you to new tools that will help identify the real issues and deal with complex or difficult conflict situations in your personal life.

The Conflict Center's classes provide personal skill training that can help you manage your anger as well as complex conflict situations.

This knowledge and personal skill forms the basis for helping others deal with their conflict situations in a non-violent constructive manner.(for example see: Reducing levels of violence in Your Family).

If our lives are filled with unresolved conflict, we are not only prone to develop physical illness but we are also less likely to be able to help others manage their conflicts.

In some cases, one's internal conflicts may require professional psychological counseling - The Conflict Center does not provide emotional or spiritual counseling. Please contact your nearest professional counselor or spiritual advisor for that support........
