Volunteer Program Assistant

Purpose:

To increase efficiency and magnitude of volunteers involved in The Conflict Center’s (TCC) programs and activities.

Activities:

  • Assist the Manager of Operations and Volunteer Coordinator to recruit, screen, train, supervise and nurture volunteers.
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, record keeping and assessment activities for volunteer programs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with volunteers.
  • Must be personable, patient, enthusiastic, organized and dependable.

Time Frame:

  • Flexible hours during weekdays, between 9 a.m. & 5:30 p.m.
  • Four to six hours per week.
  • We are looking for a six-month commitment.
