FRIENDS MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE

Title:

Cornerstone member of the Friends Membership Committee of The Conflict Center.

Purpose:

To plan and carry out activities that fulfill the Friends' purpose: support the work of The Conflict Center by attracting and retaining members to the organization's Circle of Friends.

Activities:

Monthly meetings. Active participation in shaping, developing and implementing strategies to increase membership levels of The Conflict Center.

Qualifications:

Reliability; creativity; a strong interest in hands-on work; fun-loving; team-oriented. Skills in public relations, marketing, and research/ survey development and analysis would be helpful.

Time Frame:

A twelve-month commitment to one two-hour meeting per month and additional hours as needed for completing tasks.

Site:

The Conflict Center.

Supervision:

Friends Membership Committee works under the direction of the Board of Directors.
