Text Box: April 2nd, 2009  -  Youth Class: Emotional Intelligence & Critical Decision Making begins. It is an 8 week series that is specifically tailored to address concerns that youth are experiencing around making healthy decisions for themselves as well as how to recognize their emotions (specifically anger), and manage them in non-violent ways.
April 6th, 2009  -  The Adult Class: Transforming Anger & Conflict into Allies (TACA) begins. It is a # week series that teaches skills to recognize conflicts and build and strengthen relationships in the process, rather than have conflict tear relationships down.
April 16th, 2009  -   The Bridging the Gap Speaker Series presents “Forging Alliances Among Government, Business and Civil Society: Keynote by Dorothy Mayer”. Mayer will address forging partnerships with and among governments, civil societies and businesses to catalyze the transformation from a culture of violence to a culture of peace. 
Keynote Presentation: 7:00 - 8:00 p.m., Science Amphitheater at Regis University, Dessert Reception: 8:00—9:00 p.m.
April (22, 23, 24), 2009  -  Train the Trainer. The Conflict Center offers this program to educate and guide individuals on how to become a trainer at the Conflict Center to make a difference in the lives of others.
