March 1,2 -Classroom Management for the K-8 teacher: Designed for elementary and middle school teachers, this class will introduce you to TCC's social-emotional curriculum and adult interpersonal skills which teach participants to view and manage conflict and anger in healthy positive ways. Teachers will participate in experiential activities that will enhance their classroom management. Teachers will receive a copy of TCC's social-emotional curriculum with a year's worth of lesson plans. This 8 hour class plus 2 hours of application time carries1 CEU for teachers.

March 12 - Effectively Managing Conflict in Faith Communities: Effective leadership and conflict management training must be a necessary component for any faith based community looking to promote open and honest communication.  Our goal is to help your congregation gain the tools necessary to create a common language and strategy, rooted in your own faith tradition, to deal with conflict amongst staff and members.
