Wellington E. Webb is currently the President and CEO of the Black Chamber of Commerce. He served as Denver City Auditor from 1987 until 1991, when he was sworn in as Mayor of Denver. While serving his third Mayoral term, Mayor Webb led Denver through a decade that has been characterized as a time of great energy, progress, and economic transformation for Denver. |

Nora Burns is an expert trainer in the field of intergenerational conflict and communication, a Senior Professional in Human Resources and the founder and president of Insightful Endeavors International, Inc. She will address how for the first time in American history there are four very different generations in the workforce. With humor and practical insight, Ms. Burns will share tips and techniques for moving from a “them” mentality to an “us” attitude and building sustainable and innovative teams. |

The third presentation in the series is entitled "Forging Alliances Among Government, Business and Civil Society, presented by Dorothy Maver, Ph.D. Ms. Maver is Executive Director of Peace Partnership International, whose mission is forging partnerships with and among governments, civil societies and businesses to catalyze the transformation from a culture of violence to a culture of peace throughout the world. |
