Conflict & Anger Management Skills |
|
Designed for men and women over the age of 18, this series provides the skills necessary to recognize and manage anger before it escalates to a destructive level. It also teaches the skills necessary to not only recognize conflict, but to manage it in a way that builds and strengthens relationships rather than having conflict tear relationships down. Topics included in the class: the physical signs of anger, ways to de-escalate anger, conflict styles, problem-solving strategies, ways to handle difficult people, fair fighting techniques, and much more. This class runs for 6 weeks, once a week. |

Who should attend these classes? · Anyone who struggles to control their anger · Anyone who is frustrated with the negative consequences of their anger · Any adult who tends to ‘blow up’ (either verbally or physically) when angered · Any adult who has a history of fighting, either with family, co-workers, or friends |
