Text Box: May 4th, 2009  -  The Adult Class: Transforming Anger & Conflict into Allies (TACA) begins. It is a # week series that teaches skills to recognize conflicts and build and strengthen relationships in the process, rather than have conflict tear relationships down.
May 5th, 2009  -  Volunteer & Intern Introduction Meeting: Meeting to learn more about how you can make a difference in working towards peace and prevent violence in our communities. May 7th, 2009  -  Youth Class: Emotional Intelligence & Critical Decision Making begins. It is an 8 week series that is specifically tailored to address concerns that youth are experiencing around making healthy decisions for themselves as well as how to recognize their emotions (specifically anger), and manage them in non-violent ways.
May (15, 16, 17), 2009  -  Train the Trainer. The Conflict Center offers this program to educate and guide individuals on how to become a trainer at the Conflict Center to make a difference in the lives of others. Please contact Nikki Schmidt, Programs Assistant at nikki.schmidt@conflictcenter.org
